She looks up to people who have been able to balance their material and spiritual life. Her advice to the beginners is that they should first work on themselves and practise yoga consistently. She is the perfect coach for you if your goals are weight loss and strength building. Apart from individual specialities, Aarti is proficient in Diva’s 25 forms of yoga and has completed a detailed 200-hour practical training from Diva that includes the classical styles of yoga, yoga with different props, and many more.

Hailing from the holy city of Haridwar, near the Yoga capital of Rishikesh, Tanisha grew up surrounded by the influence of Yoga. Her philosophy centers on accepting the body as it is, continuous growth through learning, and teaching beginners to enhance her own practice. Tanisha possesses deep theoretical knowledge of yoga, having started her practice at age 11. An alumna of Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya, Haridwar, she has conducted numerous webinars and seminars, and is UGC qualified. Her preferred forms of yoga include Vinyasa, Pragya, Balancing, Hatha, and Prop-based practices. As a yoga therapist, she has successfully treated over 10,000 clients with conditions like thyroid issues, PCOD, PCOS, back pain, cervical problems, and obesity. Tanisha believes in bravery, honesty, positivity, and self-trust. She advises beginners to think positively, trust themselves, and embrace slow progress. According to her, yoga is the combination of body, mind, and soul, and should always be practiced with mindful breathing. With six years of experience at SARVA Yoga, Tanisha is proficient in DIVA's 25 forms of yoga and has completed a detailed 200-hour practical training.
