Terms of Service

By accessing or using the ABC Wellness website, applications, and related offerings (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance, except where applicable law requires additional notice or consent.

ABC Wellness is an independent wellness platform. The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to any other yoga studio, fitness brand, or wellness company unless we explicitly state otherwise in writing.

ABC Wellness provides virtual yoga and wellness experiences, educational content, and related membership or session-based offerings. The Service is for your personal, non-commercial use unless we agree otherwise.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for your use and for these Terms.

ABC Wellness is not a medical or healthcare provider.

Content and sessions are for general wellness and education only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified clinician before starting or changing any exercise program, especially if you are pregnant, have a chronic condition, or have been advised to limit physical activity.

You choose how you participate. Physical activity involves risk of injury; you voluntarily assume risks associated with your participation and release ABC Wellness from claims arising from such risks to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You are responsible for accurate account information and for keeping login methods (including OTP or password flows) confidential. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account except where our systems are at fault.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service unlawfully, abusively, or in a way that harms others
• Attempt to breach security, scrape or overload our systems, or access data you are not authorized to view
• Copy, record, redistribute, or publicly perform our content except as we expressly permit
• Misrepresent your identity or misuse another person’s account

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or pose a risk to the Service or other users.

Session times, instructor assignment, and formats may change for operational reasons. Join live sessions on time; late arrival or repeated no-shows may count as a used session or forfeiture according to the rules shown at purchase or booking. Follow instructor guidance and use the Service respectfully.

Fees are as displayed at checkout unless otherwise agreed. You authorize us and our payment partners to charge your selected payment method. You are responsible for providing valid payment details and for applicable taxes (such as GST) where collected.

Unless a specific offer states otherwise, promotional codes or discounts cannot be combined, are non-transferable, and may be revoked if misused.

All sessions must be paid for in advance unless we specify otherwise. Cancellations within 12 hours of a scheduled session start time are non-refundable. Memberships billed in advance may be canceled according to the terms shown at purchase; fees for the current billing period are generally not refunded for partial use.

Failed or reversed payments may result in suspension of access until resolved. Except where required by law, amounts paid are generally non-refundable once the relevant service period or session has started or the stated cooling-off period (if any) has passed.

The Service, including videos, graphics, text, branding, and curated protocols, is owned by ABC Wellness or its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access content for your own use. You may not modify, sell, or exploit our materials without prior written permission.

The Service may link to or integrate third-party tools (for example, payment or video platforms). Those services have their own terms and privacy practices; we are not responsible for their content or actions.

You agree that we may send you transactional messages (including email, SMS, or WhatsApp) about your account, purchases, and sessions. You may opt out of marketing messages where offered; operational notices may continue as needed.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind beyond what applicable law requires. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or that content will meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ABC Wellness and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim or (b) INR 5,000, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law (for example, certain consumer protections).

You will defend and hold harmless ABC Wellness from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of others’ rights by content you provide.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable rights you may have under consumer protection laws in your place of residence.
