Signature Protocol
Brick Yoga
Utilizes yoga blocks to support the body, lift the floor to the practitioner, and ensure proper alignment in various postures.
Protocol Anatomy
Brick Yoga normalizes the use of props not as crutches, but as indispensable tools for achieving ergonomic alignment and structural integrity. By using wooden or foam blocks under hands, hips, or knees, practitioners essentially 'bring the floor closer,' ensuring that poses like Trikonasana (Triangle) or Ardha Chandrasana (Half Moon) can be performed without compromising breath or spinal length. Bricks also serve in restorative postures to support the sacrum or heart.
