Signature Protocol
Core Yoga
Targeted postures focusing on the abdominal and lumbar regions to bring core strength, stability, and balance to the entire body.
Protocol Anatomy
Core Yoga is highly specialized, intentionally engaging the 'powerhouse' muscles of the body: the transversus abdominis, obliques, pelvic floor, and lower back muscles. Moving beyond standard crunches, it utilizes breath mechanics and isometric holds alongside yoga mainstays like Navasana (Boat Pose) and Plank variations. A strong core is foundational to preventing back pain, achieving advanced yoga postures like arm balances, and maintaining an upright, confident posture.
