Signature Protocol
Ladder Flow
A Vinyasa-style practice where movements are stacked sequentially, building in complexity and intensity throughout the class.
Protocol Anatomy
Ladder flows are uniquely structured Vinyasa classes that test working memory as much as physical stamina. The instructor introduces a sequence, then progressively adds 'rungs' to the ladder—inserting new, increasingly complex postures onto the base flow. By the end of the class, the practitioner executes a long, intricate choreography of movement. This repetition builds muscle memory rapidly, leading to a highly meditative 'flow state' by the final rounds.
